 [AFOB] The 7th AFOB Regional Symposium 2016 |
The 7th AFOB Regional Symposium 2016 (7th ARS 2016) is an annual event of Asian Federation of Biotechnology (AFOB). This time the ARS 2016 will be hosted by Hue University of Sciences in coordination with Asian Federation of Biotechnology and will be held in Hue City from January 28 to January 30, 2016. The 7th ARS 2016 is aimed to present and discuss the recent research results among scientists of universities, institutes, hitech companies in Vietnam and other countries under AFOB's partnership. |

Call For Paper - ARS2016  |
| Abstract. | Provide an abstract in English which states concisely the objectives and the results of the paper in not more than 250 words. The abstract should include title, names and affiliations of all authors, contact email and telephone of corresponding author. Do not cite any reference in the abstract. A list of 4-6 keywords should be included on this page. |
| Manuscript. (Optional) | The manuscript must be prepared as Author Guidelines of Journal of Biotechnology (Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology) which can be downloaded from the symposium website. The manuscripts are of high quality and in of scope of the symposium will be selected to publish in a Special Issue of Journal of Biotechnology. | Registration. | AFOB members and international participants (Non-Vietnamese) are requested to perform online registration on the website of AFOB at http://registration.afob.org. Local participants (Vietnamese) can register online at www.husc.edu.vn/ars2016 no later than December 30th 2015. |
| Publication fee. (For manuscripts only) | Article processing charge (APC) is 40 USD (foreign authors) or 800,000 VND (Vietnamese authors) per manuscript. This fee is used as payments for two reviewers and editors. This fee should be transferred through the university's account when the manuscript is submitted. The authors per article will receive one print edition of this issue free of charge. In case the others would like to receive one more print edition, they should pay 500,000 VND. |
| Symposium fee | 200 USD for each foreign participant (Regular), 100 USD for each accompanying foreign person and 500,000 VND for each Vietnamese participant. Each graduate student will receive a remission of 50% (100 USD).
