| Abstract | The AdvanSureTM HPV GenoBlot Assay is a HPV DNA test that can simultaneously detect HPV and discriminate its genotypes in a single package. The screening and genotyping performance of this assay were assessed by comparisons with the BMT HPV 9G DNAChip and sequencing analysis. The concordance rate for screening between HPA and BMT was 94.7% (kappa=0.767), excluding results of ?쐎ther type?? For genotyping, HPA achieved a concordance rate of 73.9% with BMT and 81.8% with sequencing. The concordance rates for each genotype between HPA and BMT were between 93.1-99.8%. Collectively, these results demonstrate the value of HPV GenoBlot Assay for the detection and genotyping of HPV in clinical applications. |
