Postdoctoral Fellow In Surface Chemistry/Biochemistry


1. 기관명: Western Kentucky University, USA

2. 기관소개 및 주요업무:

  • 본 연구실은 (Department of Chemistry) DNA-binding proteins 인 Zinc finger proteins (ZFPs) 및
    t ranscriptional a ctivator - l ike e ffectors (TALEs) 을 engineering 하여 biosensor 및 diagnostic application 에 응용하는 연구를 하고 있습니다. 특히, 병원균, cancer biomarker 및 antibiotic resistance genes 을 검출하는 새로운 molecular sensing technology 를 개발하고 있습니다. 
  • Biosensor 의 sensing platform으로써 Nanomaterials 을 이용하고 CRISPR-cas system을 더불어 응용하여 새로운 detection method 를 개발하고 있습니다.
  • DNA recognition 및 DNA-binding proteins 의 binding behaviors 도 함께 연구하여 protein-DNA interaction 에 대한 새로운 insight 를 제안하는 연구도 진행중입니다.   

3. 자격요건:

  • 박사학위 소지자
  • Surface Chemistry, Nanomaterials, 및 Biochemistry 분야 관련 연구 경험
  • Surface fabrication, nanomaterials 및 protein biochemistry 연구 경험
  • Zinc finger proteins/TALEs/CRISPR-cas system, mammalian cell culture, pathogenic bacteria, 및 cancer biomarker  관련 연구 경험자 선호

4. 근무조건: 건강보험, 미국 학회 참가 지원 / 연봉 4800 만원 ~ 5100 만원
